Recommendations on SS/WP Build from Homecoming Launch

Hi everyone! I'm just getting back into the game and want to tweak my Brute's build. I haven't updated it since about 3 months since Homecoming launched. It still does everything I want it to do (soloing pretty much anything), but I'm curious if there is a way to make it REALLY solo anything. I get wrecked by Carnies, for instance. Anyway, here is the build. **** PLEASE NOTE **** I think I have a setting incorrectly checked on Mids because it says I have less than a certain percentage for some stats, but in game, I DO have 45%+ for Smashing, Lethal, Energy, and Negative Energy. Fire and Cold are over 50%. Thanks in advance!
