Fold Space customization (Bright/Dark) Doesn't Play VFX on Enemies

The title says it all. When I set my power customization option for Fold Space to Bright or Dark, the VFX don't play on enemies. The enemies just vanish an reappear near me with no indicator that anything is happening to them. It's really jarring for my team, and honestly, me too.
 

When I set Fold Space back to Original power customization, the VFX play on enemies just fine.

Excuse the thread necromancy, just confirming that this remains an unsolved issue.  Tested all three themes, Original, Bright and Dark, with a couple of different color options for Bright and Dark; the VFX play on my character every time, but no VFX play on enemies with Bright or Dark, only with Original.
