Issue with Blaster Seismic Pressure

Was on a task force and noticed that I was not generating seismic pressure while in close proximity to another seismic blaster.  This meant no procs for Seismic Pressure.  When I got far enough away from the other seismic blaster I could gain seismic pressure

I have had similar issues, except proximity to other toons did not appear to be an element of the problem.

 

Today I was in three events, Synapse TF, Yin TF, Citadel TF (guess what Accolade I'm working on?) and the "Rescue the Mystic" mission as Flashback. In all cases, Pressure would rarely appear in my HUD, and when it did it quickly disappeared without being usable for Rock Shards or Stalagmite. No amount of experimenting with things like turning off toggles, keeping to the ground, et al appeared to help.

 

The major common thread in these events was that I was always lowered in level for them. I also did a Manticore TF, at my current level, and had no issues whatsoever with Pressure.

It was discovered that Shockwaves isn't procing if you are exemplared (you still build pressure but it does nothing). A fix is already made internally and will be in the next patch.
