How to magnify small stuff when it is too small in game

Someone I was playing with mentioned that the titles on peoples names are too small to read and I told them my solution and I think I should mention it as I use it for almost everything in cases similar to this and it is super useful and I use it everyday.

I use the windows magnifier centered on the mouse and use ctrl+alt+mouse wheel up and down for zoom in and out.

You just have to find the magnifier app and switch the view to full screen and minimize the app now whenever you ctrl+alt+mouse wheel you can zoom in and out in any program although some programs draw the mouse funny and mess it up, CoH is not one of them for me and you may encounter trouble in full screen IDK I have to play in windowed because my computer refused to show the mouse in CoH otherwise.
