Elite Bosses and Archvillian. Custom Powersets. Can be played from 1-50 (But recommended for at least 20) The Hellions are tired of being the joke of the villainous underworld. Allying themselves with darker powers and another well known criminal outfit, they plan on burning Paragon to the ground. - Welcome any feedback you may have! Cheers!
