Here you. I dislike Resist sets on squishers(The Armors). But since your a Dom, you can use Domination for Status Protection for a time & Break frees for others. There also a Black Scorpion version to that's melee.

Have another semi-odd one.  I've got a Psychic Blast/Invulnerability Sentinel modeled after Aquaman.  Can you think of a good build that maybe relies on no more than 3 of the pychich blast powers, and the rest of it are all invulnerability and pool ancillaries?
