Zappalina Posted February 13, 2022 Share Posted February 13, 2022 Hi in Atlas Park at this location [941.9 41.4 -1148.0] however, there are multiple locations around this area where citizens who are lying on the ground do the same thing. This is the one that spawns the quickest after defeating the hellion, there is a hellion guarding a citizen lying on the ground and they reappear quickly when defeated the citizen gets up and the slides across the ground it's legs doesn't move, (like a zombie) their knee caps aren't working. https://streamable.com/rlq15y Video of zombie like citizens.
