DB/ Rad scrapper returning player

Hey all I'm coming back to play my lvl 50 DB/Rad scrap that I lvled to 50 just before I took a break over a year ago. Wanted to ask if there are any improvements on both Arch types and if they are still a good combo? And if so what's the old-and-or new best skills to take for maximum damage output? I have yet to go any farther as I dont know if putting the time and money into this AT is worth it vs something else I could have fun with but yet efficient. Thank you in advance!
