Looking For Dom Mind Control/PSY

Enjoyed reading this forum and I thought I'd give the build a shot.

I used Tex's build as a back bone. But, I subbed in flight (my preferred movement style), and tried to increase defence for survivability and recharge. (I was hoping for permanent Dom without needing hasten up, but fell a little short).
