Blaster > Devices > Smoke Grenade Checks for Accuracy, but can't be slotted with Accurate To-Hit Debuff

Hello everyone,

 

Even though the Smoke Grenade can be slotted with Accuracy Enhancements, it will not accept Accurate To-Hit Debuff Sets, thus forcing the player to slot it with To-Hit Debuff Sets only.

 

Also, it seems that this power actually checks for accuracy and will miss if not accurate enough.

 

Wouldn't it be more logical if it accepts Accurate To-Hit Debuff Sets or am I missing something here?
