Asssault Bot incendiary missiles not registering accuracy enhancements

As topic says, the assault bot's incendiary missiles don't seem to be registering accuracy enhancements into their accuracy calculations. Enemies fought were +1 Council (my level being 37). No vampyrs to lower accuracy, enemies were not buffed with defensive powers.
