Build Request Kinetic / Dark Brute

Hello fellow heroes and villains, 

 

after a long, looong time (more than a year), i reactivated my old Kinetic Dark Brute in an ITF and it was a mess. Really, couldnt stand any beating, damage was okish, but its not comparable to any of my other brutes.

 

Are there decent builds existing i could lean on?

 

Affordable would be nice, so not everything on purple 🙂
