Reunion server villain zone events don't seem to be working!

Hi, I've been trying to finish some villain accolades on Reunion server for a few days now. Even though both my chat windows have villain zone events displayed, and I've been online far too long I've not seen one event pop. Can anyone confirm if Scrapyard and/or the flier are spawning?

Can confirm that although the Flier and Deathsurge have since spawned, its now been 3 days on Reunion server without Scrapyard GM spawning!

I've seen the Flier event message pop up on Excelsior but haven't seen Scrapyard all dang day. Right when I needed his badge too.

 

EDIT: I guess the server reboot fixed things, 'cause he showed up this morning.
