My Character on Excelsior Magically deleted so someone else could use it.

I created a bunch of guys on Excelsior the night it opened, all my guys are still there besides the one I wanted most and the one I was playing that was level 7 or 8. I couldn't get on due to que yesterday and today I finally manage to log on and he is deleted and someone else now has my name. What kind of bullshit is that? How to I contact someone about help on this matter?

Characters sometimes get corrupted. Ask the GMs, maybe they can help.
