Raze Posted November 7, 2022 Share Posted November 7, 2022 Archetype: Blaster Powerset: Atomic Manipulation Power: Beta Decay Issue: Siphon Insight (Accurate To-Hit Debuff) set cannot be slotted in it. I understand it's an "accurate" to hit debuff, but why are Shield Breaker and Analyze Weakness sets allowed? The latter are both "accurate" defense debuff. Burk Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 I assume that you had the Shield Breaker and Analyze Weakness enhancements put in there months ago? In the Page 4 patch notes from back in August: "All/Radiation Armor/Beta Decay: Removed the ability to slot Accurate ToHit Debuff and Accurate Defense Debuff sets. This power is auto-hit and never should have accepted these IO sets. " From Champion (Hero) and Infinity (Villain), currently playing on Everlasting. Former member of the Hammers of Justice on Champion. Raid leader for 'Everlasting TFs'. Mains: Trickery Girl (Ill/Rad Controller), Burk (Sword/Shield Stalker), and 8 other complete badge characters.
