Hello everyone!

 

I have not played a scrapper in a very long time and I never played fire/rad, so I was hoping I could get some advice on how to build this toon. This is what I have so far:

I had one before the fire melee change so i can not comet on the fire side (over a year ago)  not tested the new fire melee change but rad is a very solid armor set and it paired while with fire for me pre buff I like my katana/rad a little better.

 

That is all I go at this time since he is in retirement
