Animations totally broken

Experiencing a weird bug where the animations in the game seem to be all mixed up. Most emotes do nothing or play an animation from a totally different emote. Certain powers do not animate as well. Everyone is mysteriously carrying boxes of explosives, including my own character occasionally.

 

See pic for what I'm talking about. I don't know how the game works beneath the surface but it seems to be recalling the wrong animation IDs somehow. I've tried revalidating and Tequila says everything is fine. Curiously, I play on another server besides Homecoming and all the animations are fine there. Any ideas of what might be causing this?
