A guy in a trenchcoat somewhere in Skyway or Talos on his cell phone saying "If you don't return her...I will find you..."

A pair of troops in the Rikti Zone; one asking if the other is ready for Independence Day with an affirmative response...

or a sign fronting one of the many construction sites advertising "Nakatomi Tower coming soon". 

and just for the annoyance factor, a sketchy guy talking to a nerdy guy in an Atlas or Mercy alley talking, the sketchy guy holding a wood mask. NG-"So if I buy that mask and put it on I can be a superhero?" SG-"of course bro. It'll be totally smokin!"
