Thermal/Elec Defender

I'm trying to stand on the shoulders of those much better than me 😛

 

I've settled on Thermal/Elec as a Defender build that I feel is a really solid jack of all trades. Mids isn't working with my Mac, so I was wondering if someone had a build they'd be willing to share for me to use as a base?
