Costume Graphics Glitch

I have found a Graphics glitch in costumes involving the "Sleeveless Jackets" and "Capes". When you use them in combination, it will look perfectly fine in the creation screen and your own screen during gameplay. However, on all other players screens and your character selection screen, the cape appears to be coming out of the middle of your back rather than on the shoulders. Even if you use the "Over the Shoulder Mantle" you can not see the cape on the shoulders at all. I submitted this here, because I could not find another place to address this subject.
