[RESOLVED] Psionic Darts consuming too much endurance

There appears to be an issue with Psionic Darts at the moment which causes it to consume much more endurance than usual when hitting multiple targets. On the build I created for Brainstorm, it's supposed to cost around 8.5 endurance, but when I hit as many enemies as it can target, it winds up eating half of my endurance bar. The amount of excessive endurance consumed appears to vary by volume of targets, so the effect is exacerbated with each additional enemy hit.
