Power/Inspiration/Enhancement/etc UI element lockups (anyone else experiencing?)

The past couple of times I've played, I run into a problem where the Power/Insp/Enh UI element/section locks up in terms of any ability to interact via the mouse whatsoever.  When this happens, the sound also phases out, unless/until you click outside of any UI element and then you can move again.  Pressing numbers to engage powers/etc will still work when this happens, but any attempt to interact with any part of this UI element via mouse does not work.  The biggest problem this poses is with Inspirations, especially the ability to right-click and combine 3 like items into a new one of my choosing.

 

Anyone else experiencing this and/or know either a cause or a solution?  the only thing I can ever do to fix it (for however long it lasts till the issue crops up again) is completely close out the client and relaunch/relog - which under the current issues with the login servers is a pain of course, when I even have time t play.

I have had this happen several times.

I have not figured out the direct cause or anything

that helps other than a full logout and new login.

 

In reading another thread I came across someone suggesting

To check a setting regarding locking the power tray, but I have not had a chance to test it yet.
