Minor Quirk in "Report to Councilman Hammett"

Is there a better way to report these leveling missions? No clue, I don't remember the name of the mission when it was given to me; it's part of Eagle Eye's storyline in King's Row, where you investigate the assassinations of city council members after arresting Chernobog.

 

So in this particular part of the story, you step into the offices which are filled with bodies of both PPD and Family members with the occasional Family enemy standing over them. Only with this bug as soon as you get that enemy's attention all the ""bodies"" stand up with loathsome "Skyrim mannequins start walking around" energy. glad theyre ok after all tho
