I enjoy running most of my characters through Gaussian's arc against the Vanguard Sword (and Longbow). They're challenging and cause problems for melee types without debuff resistance. I wasn't prepared for how easily my Gravity/Storm absolutely shredded them (I was running at +3 x4). They're not very threatening when they're stunned and flopping around like fish. I even used Snow Storm a few times because it's funny to watch them try to run into melee in slow motion.
