RWZ pylon killed message inconsistantly displayed.

People have noticed when Pylons are killed only some of the people who killed it get mentioned in the who killed it message.

It isn't a distance thing either. Too many samples to think that it is either a bug or something is happened blocking messages.

It makes me wonder if XP for the MSR event (and others) is properly being given out.

I went to Ouroboros all i got was this lousy secret!
