Black Screen with Vague Shapes

So I downloaded the Tequila and when I launch any versions (Homecoming or Homecoming (BETA) ) I get a black screen with very vague outlines of the Exit button and the Log In button, I hear theme music and can even hear key presses or when I pan over something but the screen stays dark, oddly enough when I launch Paragon Chat it launches just fine, please help.
