Ouroboros Arc Bug - The Woman Named DeVore

When playing through this arc, after choosing the option to let DeVore leave at the end and leaving the mission, Mother Mayhem only displays a blank box instead of the appropriate mission text and the mission itself fails to complete. It works fine when playing through it normally, so it seems to only effect the Flashback system.
