Thugs mastermind henchman appearance bug.

Normally when a mastermind zones into a new instance, the henchmen go through the animation of being buffed again, but in the case of thugs the henchmen are bugged. For thugs, when you zone into a new instance, even though the henchmen have both buffs active (Equip Thugs and Upgrade Equipment), they always revert their appearance of [Equip Thugs]. The only "fix" has been to use [Upgrade Equipment] again on them to get them to wear the correct appearance, but this can just become a chore and a major turn off to wanting to play the power set.

Confirmed. This bug fully affects the T1 and T2 henchmen, while the T3 henchman only loses part of the Upgrade costume. Note, the Upgrade Equipment buff still appears in the power tray for all henchmen.
