Adding a "No Pulse" Option for Static Shield (Electric Armor)

I was just wondering, and hoping, if the Static Shield power in the Electric Armor powerset could receive a "No Pulse" FX option (bright/dark).

 

I don't know what it is, but it messes with my eyes a little (little uncomfortable) when trying to look at my character (any side) and I would love if I had the option to turn the pulsing on/off.  Perhaps other people would like such an option as well.
