Citadel has received a call for help from... The Council?  Unable to investigate himself, he sends you to the islands around Talos to help the Council and find out what could possibly have made them call out to HIM for aid.

What you find will lead you into a conflict that threatens the whole world, possibly a whole universe!  Join forces with heroes and villains alike to save the world.
