Getting error saying I'm still logging out but its been longer than 30 seconds

Have tried 4 times to get into Torchbearer.  It logs me into character select screen but each time I select my main character I get an error code 1160828169

I'm having the same problem. I can log my other characters in, but when I try to log my highest-level character in, I get an error message saying he's still logging out. I last played him about 12 hours ago.

Same, my tank on Excelsior is stuck in the Talos tunnel to FF, Contaminate. @Dezibro

Same issue with my tank, Corporate Hero 1, on excelsior. It's been an hour or so at this point.

Same here, over three hours now. Could account name 'tatter' get logged out?
