Barrier in-game info is incomplete

Barrier's info panel is currently only reporting the initial burst of defense. The tiered defense lasting longer is not being reported. This is true both of the right-click info on a slotted power and right-click info on an entry in the Incarnate Powers power tree.

 

I am like 90% sure this is a new problem and that Barrier correctly reported the other tiers of defense relatively recently.

Oh, I did test that the tiered defense is working once Barrier is actually used. (If Barrier's use were broken, I think a lot of 4* Aeon / ITF runs would have noticed.)
