Anyway, in the final mission from Vincent Ross where you fight against 200 Legacy Chain and Overdrive's 8-hero team, none of the targets except for Sky Dragon grant XP or inf'. Sky Dragon needs to be looked at because I'm pretty sure he isn't supposed to give XP or inf' either, but he does.
