Badger Website Link on Tools, Utilities, and Downloads Page

This is a pretty straightforward suggestion. I'm asking for the Badger web site, available at https://n15g.github.io/badger/, to be made available as a link from the Tools, Utilities, and Downloads page for players to see and reference. The site lets you create a tracker for each of your characters and even lists hidden badges like Gladiator badges so the player knows to look for them and how to get them.
