Need help with a Fire/Fire Dom Build

I need your help with a Fire/Fire Dom Build.  I feel like there's alot of good powers, perhaps to many to slot.  I can only afford a cheap build, so no purples.  Thanks in advance.

I have never got the hang of exporting with mids.

My key pillars for my style of dom builds are.

Ignore the order of my picks as I am too lazy to redo in order of leveling, but I think this one is set up reasonably well.

This build also works well with enhancement catalysts, because I can maintain some kind of permadoem even at lower levels, with hasten.

1.  Permadom even if you forget to click hasten as I like everything locked down all of the time.

2. I like at least 3 hold-ish aoe powers where something is always up (in this case they are  cinders,  flashfire + fire cages, bonfire with knockback to knockdown enhancement. 

3.  Once everything is locked down I want lots of damage AOEs, hence my choice of Fire Mastery Ancilary pool

4.  Do good damage on single targets for those AVs that are hard to hold

5.  Get as much range defense as possible to avoid death before everything is held.

 

Caveats

1. This is my hover/fly build where I focus on ranged defense..  Another good build is based on superspeed with bonfire is also great, but if you are not watching your cooldowns you can run out of endurance before your next dominate takes effect.

2.  Fire imps can easily get crushed on many cases, but I tend to like them as they can create chaos and take the pressure off of me while I'm trying to lock down everything.  A nice thing is that the enhancement I use in them gives + ranged defense and + recharge which helps me achieve two of my main goals and most enhancements do not have both and once you stack recharge it leaves little else left.

3.  If you are good at remembering to click on haste, while dominate is on autoclick, then you can swap out some of the recharge bonus.  But all of the additional recharge bonus does help you spam constant aoe holds.
