Brute Psy/Elec or EM/EA

I've built out both and tested both of them on the test server but, I'm not sure which one I like more. I think I like Psy more, but wasn't sure if /Elec is the best option for it. I'll link both builds below. I'm wanting to be able to do solo content with no issues. I welcome any feedback. Thanks.
