"Shin Breaker" move from Street Justice Power Set does not apply debuffs for Brute Archetype characters.

In addition, the move technical info does not list the debuff effects mentioned in the description at all!  The other archetypes that can use Street Justice all seem to include debuff technical info in theirs.

The same power has the debuffs in cod over on scrapper, stalker, and tanker (despite the def debuff for tanker is 7% instead of 7.5% of stalker/scrapper, with tanker buff/debuff mods it should be larger than scrapper/stalker).
