Cold/Storm experts?

Anybody running this combo already?  Playing it now in anticipation of being able to have ice armor from new ancillary coming out.  Any cool tricks?  Doesn't look like sleet stacks with itself right?  From same caster anyway?  Looked at city of data and that seems to be the case.  Thanks in advance.

Sleet and FR are psedopets so those pets cant apply more than once and just refresh. 

 

However you can put multiple pets on top of ech other stacking it.
