corrected Epic > Weapon Mastery > Web Grenade (Scrapper/Stalker) has incorrect recharge time

Epic > Weapon Mastery > Web Grenade (Scrapper/Stalker) has an 8 second recharge time which conflicts with the patch note change below. It should be 10 seconds:

 

Epic > Weapon Mastery > Web Grenade (Scrapper/Stalker) - This power now deals smashing damage on impact. Now accepts damage enhancements and sets, recharge increased from 8s to 10s
