Also switch incarnate slotting when swapping builds

I'm not 100% sure this is really broken since I might have been on the incarnate slotting's cooldown... but I want my incarnate slotting to switch along with my other power choices when I swap between my HEAVY D build and SOLO build. For instance, I want Hybrid: Assault Core when solo, but Melee Core when teaming and tanking... Make sense? It would be really nice if THOSE switched along with the rest of the powers and trays when I switch builds. 

 

It sucks to forget those when I really need to tank!
