Torchbearer capped?

Can log into Excelsior (via que) but cant get into Torchbearer  :( Doesn't say Full just kicks you back to login.

Servers are down right now but Torchbearer and Excelsior are still showing as up for some reason. You can queue on Excelsior and get to character select but when you try to enter the game it will just boot you back to login after a minute or two.

 

 

Unlikely that anything is going to change for the next few hours at least since I think most of the team are conked out from exhaustion at this stage.
