Slotted Enhancements Got Deleted or Moved

This is emabarrsing, but I was in the middle of getting some recipes on the market and I had finished fully slotting 3 sets with IOs, when the next time I looked at my powers, I lost 5 IOs that were slotted and several other IOs were bumped to the next power set. 

 

I lost the following:

 

Aegis - Resistance/Endurance

Synapse's Shock - Endurance Reduction

Overwhelming Force - Accuracy/Damage/Endurance

Freebird - Endurance Reduction

Force Feedback - Chance for +Recharge

 

Two of my slotted SOs actually went from level 50 to level 1.

 

Has this happened to anyone? I put in a ticket and was told it could be a database issue, but will I ever get my enhancements back without having re recraft/buy them back?
