Storm Blast/Electricity Concept Build

Hello, I'm interested seeing what I can do with storm blast and paired it with electricity. I heard bad things about storm blast but I see potential in it.

 

Here is the build iv come up with. I always build out my hero's to be able to fire farm when bored but I am wondering if this build is lacking in other areas to be able to solo high level crowds.

 

Any tips or advance would be awesome.
