Fire/Ice build - How does it look?

I have a first draft of my blaster for your consideration.

 

I didn't want to focus too much on any one things and gimp myself in other areas, though I may have done so anyways. Its not soft capped, and I didn't really want to use hasten on every character I create. I figure if things are moving and attacking slow for less damage while falling down, my relative defense is far greater than the numbers.
