IO Sets Changing During Respec Process

Typed in /respec

 

Prior to this, owned and slotted Numina's and Doctored Wounds.  One of each set.

 

Entered in powers.

 

Went to Slot and enhancement distribution and the Numina's had gone!  Replaced instead with another set of Doctored Wounds.

 

Unsure if this is repeatable as it's influence I don't have.  :)

 

Cancelled the respec, restarted game and the Numina's was no where to be seen.  Now I have 2 Doctored Wounds, 0 Numina's. 

 

Strange one, I know.
