Rebel230 Posted June 24, 2019 Share Posted June 24, 2019 Hello, I have been trying many ATs and powers looking for something that is fun to play, effective and visually appealing and I think I finally found it in water/rad. I just hit 35 and want to Respec to start building towards a final build. I would appreciate any help or guide on what powers to skip, slotting, and io sets to be going for.
