phooey182 Posted April 16 Share Posted April 16 Hello all, I am new to scrappers, and builds. But I built this Staff / Elec scrapper and I'd appreciate any comments to improve. This is a thematic build so the primary and secondary powersets are non-negotiable. I prefer fly as a travel power. But all other power pools can be changed.
