Storm Blast Power Set Modifications

Kicking it off: Cloud Burst is currently a ranged attack. This power should clearly be either a cone attack or a ranged AoE. The name itself defies a single target ranged attack, unless you’re a fan of cartoons with a tiny cloud raining on one person standing between two others.

Nah. Storm is chock full of AOE love, and CB is my happy place for ST blasting. 

 

But I would like to see something useful done with /storm Thunderclap (along with all other mag2 aoe stuns)

This would be a problem because as it stands now, Storm Blast only has 4 ST attacks, two of which are your basic ones. This change would make the set a lot weaker in the ST department on non-Blasters who don't have a secondary full of ST attacks to fill in.
