Looking for a Dual Blade/Dark Armour Build Please Help!

Hello, decided to dust off my Dual Blade stalker and could really use some build help from someone more knowledgeable than I. I am as noted  Dual Blade and Dark Armour love the ascetic but the build I currently use is super thirsty.  I could use some help.
