I was doing this mission https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Efficiency_Expert_Pither#Get_Reports_from_Aeon_City from Efficiency Expert Pither.
It is meant to be Nem and Malta. But every group had a few psychic clockwork milling around - who occasionally had the chat boxes like they were Nemesis robots.
